Sharefly, operated by Aeonhue LLC, stores data about the social accounts you connect and the posts you schedule. This page explains exactly how to remove that data. Every option below is available to you directly — no request or waiting period is required.
Removes the stored access tokens for one connected account, and stops all publishing to it.
Deleted immediately: the access tokens, the Page/account ID and name, and the link between that account and your project.
Removes the project together with everything attached to it.
Deleted immediately: all scheduled and draft posts, all publishing logs, the connected account record and its tokens, and any crawl history.
Removes everything we hold about you.
Delete my accountAccount deletions are completed within 30 days, and normally within a few business days. We will confirm by email once it is done.
You can cut off Sharefly's access from Meta's own settings, without signing in to Sharefly at all:
This revokes the tokens at Meta immediately. The next time Sharefly tries to publish, the attempt fails, the account is marked as disconnected, and posting stops. To also erase the stored records on our side, use Option 1, 2, or 3 above.
Posts that were already published stay on the social platform. Once a post, reel, or pin is live on your Facebook Page, Instagram account, or Pinterest board, it belongs to that platform and to you — deleting your Sharefly data does not remove it. To take down a published post, delete it from Facebook, Instagram, or Pinterest directly.
We may also retain a minimal record where the law requires it (for example, billing records). Such records contain no social account tokens and no post content.
