These Terms govern your use of Sharefly (the "Service"), operated by Aeonhue LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Sharefly schedules and publishes content that you create to social media accounts that you connect and control — Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, and Pinterest accounts.
Sharefly does not write your posts for you unless you explicitly enable AI drafting for Pinterest, and even then every draft is reviewed and approved by you before anything is published.
You may only connect social media accounts that you own or are explicitly authorised to manage. By connecting an account you confirm that you have the right to publish to it.
You can disconnect any account at any time, from inside Sharefly or from the platform's own settings. See our Data Deletion Instructions.
You own your content. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store it, schedule it, and transmit it to the platforms you selected — nothing more. We do not use your content to train models, to advertise, or for any purpose beyond running the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, without refund.
Publishing depends on Meta, Pinterest, and other third-party APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and they may change, rate-limit, restrict, or withdraw access at any time.
We are not responsible for their decisions — including a platform rejecting a post, suspending your account, or changing what its API permits. Sharefly is an independent application and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Pinterest, Inc.
We aim to keep the Service running continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled posts may be delayed or fail because of platform outages, API errors, expired connections, or maintenance. Where a post fails for a transient reason, the Service retries it automatically; where it fails permanently, it is marked as failed and shown to you.
Where the Service is offered on a paid plan, fees, billing period, and any usage limits are shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the period already started. We will give reasonable notice before changing prices.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if a platform withdraws the access the Service depends on. On termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant any particular reach, engagement, traffic, or commercial result from content published through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aeonhue LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date and, where the change is significant, notified by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence.
